This dress is knitted from the bottom up in various borders of structure in the front. The back is knitted in stockinette. The front and the back of the body is knitted separately. Knit decreases to shape the back into a v, and the front into a v-neck. The straps are made using i-cord technique. If you would like
to knit a shorter version of this dress, you can easily knit the skirt part of the dress shorter than the pattern says.
